NIOSH certified

The NIOSH-Certified Dräger X-plore 1750 Particulate Respirator is a folded, disposable N95 dust mask, filtering out 95% of particles from the ambient air. It protects against fine dust, solid and liquid particles.

Protect yourself with the right dust mask

The N95 mask is suitable for brushing, cleaning work, agriculture, sanding, cutting and drilling of concrete, masonry, iron and rust and against allergies.

Step 1

Do a fit test prior to wearing the mask.

Step 2

Slip the first strap over your head to the back of your neck.

Step 3

Pull the upper strap into position on the crown at the back of your head, above your ears.

Step 4

Adjust the nose clip to minimise leakage and make sure there are no gaps.

Step 5

Cover the mask with both hands and exhale. The mask should inflate slightly.

What is the advantage of head straps in comparison to ear loops?

Thanks to the continuous loop head harness, the strap can be adjusted to any head size. It is soft, tearproof and prevents hair entanglement. Also, headstraps make the mask sit more tightly on your face, preventing leakage.

What material are the masks made of?

The X-plore 1750 is composed of four different layers: a skin-friendly contact layer, a particle filtering material layer, a fleece layer for stability and shape and a protective outer layer.

Should I choose a mask with exhalation valve or not?

Exhalation valves significantly reduce the respiratory resistance and enhance the air quality under the mask. On the other hand, the exhaled air is not filtered and therefore does not provide protection for other people.
