How to Use

1. Fill the peri bottle with fresh water or warm water (<38°C/100°F ).

2. Adjust the nozzle angle and ensure it’s securely capped to prevent leakage.

3. Position yourself comfortably over the toilet, point the angled neck to the perineal area.

4. Gently squeeze the peri bottle to release a controlled stream of water. Direct the stream towards the perineal area to cleanse thoroughly.

5. Pat dry with toilet paper or rinse with soap and warm water if needed.

TIPS Always use warm water for comfort and to promote relaxation. Follow any specific instructions from your healthcare provider for best results. Always use the peri bottle gently to prevent discomfort or irritation.

How to Clean

Empty the bottle and clean thoroughly with soap and warm water (max 38°C/100°F) after each use. Air dry the peri bottle by placing it upside down on a clean towel or drying rack. Ensure that it is completely dry before storing.
