HOW TO:
Line lips with a shade most similar to your natural lip tone to enhance the look of your lipstick. For extreme definition: apply to the edge of the lip, creating the desired shape. Blend the inside of the liner towards the center of the lips. Then fill in with lipstick, gloss, or liquid lip. For a less defined look: apply lipstick first, then use pencil to push the color to the edges of the lip.
PRO APPLICATION:
For a more balanced lip shape, start by lining the cupids bow. Next, line the lowest point in the lower lip. After, connect from the corners of the mouth to meet the centered lined areas.
