Apply with brushes or puffs. For brush application, dispense powder onto a tissue or flat surface, then use a soft powder brush to apply on top of foundation. For puff application, sprinkle powder onto a Velour Powder Puff, fold it in half, and rub sides together to load the puff. Press puff onto skin to set makeup. If baking, apply generously over highlights to brighten the face and protect from potential eyeshadow fallout. Blend away excess powder at the finish of the makeup application process.
