In your daily use, we need a butane gas canister with a long filling tip, use adapter to release the remaining gas (in case that we are unable to fill the lighter due to the pressure), The air tank has air pressure, when filling, you need to fill vertically and firmly, the tighter the filling, the stronger the sealing, then insert the filling tip into the filling valve to fill the lighter to 5-10s as per your needs.

Turn the flame adjuster to the side (+) to increase flame length, Be sure not to adjust too high as this will cause inconsistent ignition, and the other side (-) to decrease.

How to Fill

Step 1: Choose Butane

The butane canister with a long nozzle is important for your refilling process.

High purity & high-quality butane is best choice to prolong the life of lighter,or it will fail to ignite during use.

Step 2: Release Tank Gas

Turn the flame Adjuster to the minimum and use a small screwdriver to push the refilling valve down, the gas in the lighter tank will be released. Keep away from fire, face, and clothes during operation.

Step 3: Filling & Adjust Flame Length

Make KOLTEC lighter upside down, place the butane canister nozzle into the refilling valve and push down to refill about 5-10 seconds time.

Please remember to increase the flame adjuster as needed and wait for 2 minutes to reach room temperature before using.
