How to Use

When first re-training for feet with Primal Step toe separator it is recommended that you start out slow by wearing the silicone stretcher for no more than 10 minutes at a time while sitting or laying down and gradually (over weeks or months) increasing the time you are using the spacer.

Many men and women have been subjected to putting their feet into unnatural positions in narrow toe box shoes, high heels, cleats, skates, climbing shoes or flip flops. Primal Step will train your feet to reestablish stability and flexibility by putting your feet in its optimal position.

Our product is designed to stretch to fit a wide variety of feet, but if for any reason you experience any issue with your product at all our customer support is available to help.

How long and often should I wear them?

We recommended that you start out slow by wearing the silicone stretcher for no more than 10 minutes at a time while sitting or laying down and gradually (over weeks or months) increasing the time you are using the spacer.

Can these be worn with socks and shoes?

Yes, they absolutely can. We recommend just making sure to put socks on slowly to make sure the toe separators stay in place. With regard to shoes, this can depend on how wide the toe area of the shoe is. Shoes such as Xero and Vivo would be best.
